1. One computer, your business
After a valid purchase and activation, Pak Pixels grants you a non-exclusive right to use the licensed Easy Retail desktop product for your own business on one authorised computer. The software is licensed; its intellectual property is not sold to you.
Staff accounts on that computer do not require separate computer licences. Installing and using the product on another computer requires an appropriate licence. A trial is limited to its stated trial period and is not a paid lifetime licence.
2. What lifetime means
The lifetime licence allows continued use of the licensed product on the authorised computer without a monthly or annual licence subscription. Keep your purchase receipt and signed licence file.
It does not automatically include every future product or edition, additional computers, perpetual cloud hosting, unlimited support or a free transfer to replacement hardware. Any additional benefits must be expressly included in your purchase or agreed with us.
3. Reinstallation and recovery
A reinstall on the same computer may be recoverable when its recognised hardware identity remains the same. A motherboard change or a different computer can change that identity. Contact support for a review before assuming that the existing licence will transfer.
We may need your order reference and other appropriate proof of ownership for recovery. Losing an email does not by itself require another purchase. Follow the delivery and activation guidance first. Licence recovery does not restore a missing business database.
4. Permitted use
You may install the licensed software on the authorised computer and keep a secure backup copy for that permitted use. Protect the licence file and do not publish it, resell it, sublicense it or use it to bypass the one-computer restriction.
Do not remove security controls or infringe intellectual property rights, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity despite a contractual restriction. Separate open-source components remain subject to their own applicable notices and licences.
5. Your records and backups
Keep independent backups of shop records, including before an update or hardware change. Keep recovery codes and account credentials private. An installer, purchase email or licence file does not contain your complete shop data.
Optional Google Drive backup and mobile reports depend on their separate configuration and permissions. They do not make the desktop product a live multi-computer billing system. See the privacy policy for information about these connections.
6. Refunds and misuse
If a licence purchase is refunded, the right to use that refunded licence ends. We will explain any steps needed for your case. A serious breach of the licence may lead us to ask you to stop the unauthorised use and seek lawful remedies.
This does not give us permission to erase your local business records. Nothing in this licence removes a mandatory legal right, including rights addressed in our refund policy. The wider terms and conditions also apply.
