1. What we review
Contact us if a paid licence has not been delivered, a technical issue prevents its activation, or a payment is incorrect or duplicated. We review the payment record, licence delivery and activation details for the specific purchase.
A missing email may be resolved by locating or resending the licence. An activation issue may be resolved through verified recovery or technical help. Where a refund is appropriate, we will explain the outcome. This policy is not a promise that every request will be refunded, and it does not remove a remedy required by law.
2. How to request a review
Email support@easyretail.net with the subject Easy Retail purchase review. Include:
- Your order reference and the email used for the purchase.
- The amount, currency and approximate payment date.
- A short explanation of the issue and any relevant error message.
- A payment receipt if needed, with unrelated or sensitive details hidden.
Do not send your card number, CVV, PIN, banking password, private key or recovery codes. We may ask for appropriate additional evidence to verify ownership and the transaction.
3. Review, resolution and processing
We check whether payment completed, whether a licence was issued and delivered, and whether the reported issue can be resolved. We then explain the proposed resolution or the reason for the decision. An email or support request does not itself approve a refund.
We do not advertise a fixed number of days for reviewing a request or for money to reach an account. We will communicate the expected next step and any available estimate for your case. A refund, once approved and submitted, can also depend on the payment provider and the receiving bank.
Refunds are handled through the applicable payment process, normally to the original payment method where supported. Any alternative arrangement requires verification and agreement. If a licence purchase is refunded, the right to use that refunded licence ends.
4. Cancelling an order
Before authorising payment, you can leave the checkout without completing the purchase. A pending payment must still be checked with the provider; leaving a page does not guarantee that a payment already authorised will be cancelled.
After a payment completes, contact us for a review under this policy. The one-computer lifetime licence is not a recurring subscription, so there is no recurring licence renewal to cancel. Digital delivery does not involve a physical shipment or return parcel.
5. Further help and your rights
If you disagree with a decision or have not received a clear next step, use the complaints and support process. You may also use any applicable payment-provider dispute process or legal remedy. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
