These terms apply to this website and purchases of Easy Retail from us. The software licence, refund policy, digital delivery policy and privacy policy explain the related details. A specific written agreement with us takes priority only where it expressly varies these terms.
2. The product and website
Easy Retail is Windows software for billing, inventory, accounts and business reports. The website preview contains illustrative products and amounts. It does not process a real sale or payment, connect to your shop records, or represent a complete browser edition.
A planned feature or a download marked as coming soon is not a promise that it is available now. References to Windows, Google or a payment provider describe compatibility or integration; they do not imply endorsement by those companies.
3. Prices and purchases
The current licence price, currency and available payment options are shown in the application's purchase flow before payment. This website currently has no checkout. Review the order details before authorising a payment.
A licence is issued after the payment is independently verified. A browser return page or a pending bank transaction alone does not confirm payment. If confirmation is delayed, check the existing order and contact support before trying another payment.
You must have the authority to make the purchase and provide an accurate delivery email and requested billing details. Keep your order reference and payment receipt. Never send a card number, PIN, CVV or banking password to our support team.
4. Licence and activation
The desktop product offers a lifetime licence for one computer, subject to the software licence terms. A lifetime licence is not a subscription and does not automatically include additional computers, every future product, unlimited support or a free hardware transfer.
Trial registration, purchase and online recovery need an internet connection. After activation, everyday billing and shop records work locally. Optional connected services, including Google Drive, need internet access and your permission.
5. Your responsibilities
You control product entries, prices, stock, staff access and the records entered in your shop. Protect your computer and credentials, check important reports, and keep independent, restorable backups. A licence file is not a backup of your business data.
Use the software lawfully and only collect customer or staff information you are authorised to hold. The software assists record keeping; its output is not professional accounting, tax or legal advice and does not itself guarantee compliance with a particular reporting requirement.
Do not misuse the services, infringe others' rights or bypass licence and security controls, except to the extent a restriction cannot lawfully apply.
6. Compatibility and support
Printer, barcode scanner and Windows compatibility depend on your equipment and drivers. Check your intended setup before relying on it for daily trading. A desktop licence does not by itself grant a separate mobile or Mac edition.
Back up your records before an update, reinstall or hardware change. Updates and support are included only as expressly described in your purchase or a separate agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation of third-party networks, email, hosting or payment services.
7. Problems and remedies
If the licence does not arrive, activation fails, or a payment is incorrect or duplicated, use our refund and cancellation process. For other concerns, follow the complaints process. You do not need to buy again simply to ask us to review a missing licence.
Nothing here removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These policies do not prevent you from using an available payment-provider dispute process or approaching the appropriate authority.
8. Changes and applicable law
Pakistani law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to your transaction. We do not impose an exclusive foreign court or arbitration process through these website terms.
We may update these pages for future use and purchases, with the updated date shown above. An update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Keep a copy of the terms supplied when you buy. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply where lawful.
